Data Controller and Data Processors
Bencha is the data controller and is responsible for how your personal data is processed.
We may engage subcontractors (data processors) who process data on our behalf. Bencha ensures these processors handle your data according to this policy.
For marketing performed on social media, Bencha may share joint controller responsibility with the platform provider.
